TeslaForge ships orders from Florida, United States.

We currently use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Depending on the order, destination, package size, or service availability, we may use another carrier when appropriate.

Processing Times

Processing time is the time needed to prepare, produce, package, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier.

Estimated processing times:

Ready-made items: 1–3 business days
Slate coasters and standard engraved items: 2–5 business days
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, serialized, gemstone-set, or limited-run items: 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, design approval, production complexity, curing/drying time, finishing work, or customer response time for custom details.

If a custom proof, mockup, or approval is required, production time may begin after customer approval is received.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

USPS delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, weather, holidays, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed carrier service is specifically purchased and confirmed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Rates may be based on package weight, package size, destination, selected shipping method, order value, or promotional shipping offers.

TeslaForge may offer free shipping, flat-rate shipping, or calculated shipping depending on the product and current store settings.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

TeslaForge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.

TeslaForge is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, tracking delays, misrouting, or other carrier-related issues outside our control.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at support@teslaforge.com and we will help review the situation.

For damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently offered unless specifically made available at checkout or arranged in writing before purchase.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other international charges if international shipping is arranged.

TeslaForge is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, or international carrier handling.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is not currently offered unless specifically arranged in writing before purchase.
