We want you to be happy with your TeslaForge order. Because many of our items are handmade, engraved, customized, limited-run, or made in small batches, our return policy depends on the type of item purchased.

Returns on Standard Items

We accept returns on eligible standard, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@teslaforge.com with your order number and reason for return.

Custom, Personalized, Made-to-Order, and Limited-Run Items

Custom, personalized, engraved, serialized, made-to-order, or limited-run items are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled once production has started.

This includes items with names, dates, custom text, custom artwork, customer-approved designs, special finishes, serialized pieces, gemstone settings, or other personalized details.

We will, of course, make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@teslaforge.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage. This helps us evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or damage during shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. TeslaForge is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Cancellations

For standard items, cancellation requests may be accepted before the order ships.

For custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or limited-run items, cancellations are not guaranteed and cannot be accepted once production has started.
